Everyone wants to look good. Nowadays people care about their health and figure. More and more people try to visit a gym or do different exercises at home. There are many advantages and disadvantages of keeping fit.

To start with, if you are active and have a lot of energy, you never have problems with keeping fit. One point of view in favour of keeping  fit is that it helps to maintain a balanced weight. It is very important because if you have overweight you have problem with health, you cannot wear your favorite dress, you cannot go for a walk. An additional advantage of keeping fit is that you can do more activities easily such as play games, swim in the river, ride a bicycle.

Nevertheless, there some disadvantages. The first disadvantage is that it can be expensive. For examples, people go to different gym and eat only healthy food but it often is too expensive and costs a lot of money. Another disadvantage  is that it isn’t allowed for everybody.  Because, heavy load can be harmful to health. What is more, it is very difficult to make it your lifestyle.

All in all, we can do everything what we want in order to keep fit. But we can search various excuses not to do it. As for me, it is very important to keep yourself in great shape and be healthy.
