In accordance with the orders of the university departments, the foundation of the 
scientific library is formed to ensure the educational process and scientific work, and 
it carries out cataloging and systematization of documents. Provides information and 
bibliographic services for all categories of readers (teachers, students and others), 
consultations on the use of reference and search tools (directories, dictionaries, 
encyclopedias), provides all types of bibliographic references, including in automated 
mode. Creates an electronic database of analytical descriptions of articles and 
materials from periodicals and collections.

Provides methodical support for library processes, provides consultations to library 
divisions regarding their performance of tasks and functions.

Service department 

Provides services to users of all categories with scientific, educational and fiction 
literature. Studies the use of the library fund by users, analyzes the refusal of 
literature. Controls the deadlines for returning documents. Performs inventory of the 
fund. Organizes cultural and educational activities.
